How To Use
Add 1 teaspoon to your tea steep, place in 8 ounce cup and pour hot water over herbs, cover and steep for 10-15 min or as desired. Strain and drink. Can add honey to taste. Drink up to 2 cups daily as needed for congestion or sinus issues.
Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur. Note’ this can be drying to your body.
